Conference: The 13th International Fisheries Symposium (IFS 2025)

SEMARANG, October 2025 – DBP Lab proudly announces the participation of its researcher, Eka Maya Kurniasih, at The 13th International Fisheries Symposium (IFS 2025). The prestigious event was held from October 6-9, 2025, at Universitas Diponegoro. This conference participation serves as a scientific output from the WCU Postdoctoral program, FSM, UNDIP of Dr. Angka Mahardini under the esteemed supervision of Ni Kadek Dita Cahyani, Ph.D. It is noticeable that both presenter presented cutting-edge studies focused on molecular applications for marine conservation and management.

Eka Maya delivered a presentation titled: “Environmental DNA as a tool for Marine Fish Biodiversity Assessment: Comparing MiFish 12SE and MiFish 12SU Primers in Karimunjawa” and Angka Mahardini presented her research titled: “Expanding The Molecular Baseline Of Diadema Setosum in Panjang Island MPA: Genetic Insights for Reef Resilience”.
